- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans fostering intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster creativity through engaging activities promoting critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
- Cache L3 or higher OR a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Patient demeanor and genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Previous experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE preferred.
- Adaptability to the working culture in the UAE.
