- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to nurture intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Encourage creativity through engaging activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
- Cache L3 certification or higher OR a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Patient and passionate about teaching young children.
- Previous experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to the working culture in the UAE.
