- Develop and manage community engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and user involvement.
- Monitor and moderate discussions across various platforms to ensure a constructive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate community-driven campaigns and initiatives.
- Gather and report community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Organize and participate in community events, both online and offline, to promote the company.
REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
- 40 y/o and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or related roles.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Understanding of financial products, markets, and the regulatory environment of cryptocurrencies and AI software.
