Job description:
- Oversee project teams from inception to completion, providing leadership in accordance with Brand Principles.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining constant communication with stakeholders.
- Report project progress weekly and monthly to management.
- Coordinate with MEP and Interior fit-out at site with fit-out contractors, ensuring all requirements are as per brand specifications.
- Facilitate project authority approval with all related parties as per project requirements.
- Escalate any quality or integrity issues, identify project risks and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Conduct weekly meetings and project walk-around meetings with fit-out contractor and landlord management as per project needs.
- Ensure project fit-out is completed as per management requirement and meet the target opening date as per schedule.
- Prepare work schedules for Project, coordinating with all sub- contractors, workers, and site engineers.
- Attend coordination meetings as necessary and handle all correspondences related to projects.
- Chair kick-off meetings with consultant and fit out contractors.
- Screen, assess, and approve potential Engineering consultants, Fit-out contractors, MEP contractors
- Establish and enforce health & safety measures on all projects.
- Represent the interests of the company while dealing with the contractors, landlords and inspection officials during all phases of design and construction.
Salary:
AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial and budget management skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
