Job description: Looking for a Junior Asset Manager (Hospitality) with 2-3 years of experience in a hotel asset management related consultancy or a hotel investment company. This role will assist in optimizing the performance and value of our hotel investment portfolio by examining hotel operations, financial performance, and strategic planning.The right candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, Excel data analysis tools, and Microsoft BI. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Expected salary: 18000 – 22000 per month
