- Develop necessary plans/ blueprints and communicate with contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure that projects are completed successfully.
- Select appropriate materials and technologies for waterproofing solutions.
- Maintain quality standards during construction.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
- Open to Filipino, Egyptian, Syrian, Indian nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in the same role
- Experience with site DWGS, specs, and building materials
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering plans and specs
- Experience in using AutoCAD
- Experience in waterproofing companies is highly preferred
