- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10-13 years of overall experience with min 5 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial realities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in managing shared service centers, outsourcing, subcontracting, and technical (electrical and BMS engineering) related recruitments.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and company policies for mainland and free zone entities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a performance-based culture through KPIs and OKRs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- UAE Driving License required
Expected salary: 15000 – 18000 per month
