\
- Graduate in Architectural Engineering or Interior Designing with min 5 yrs of UAE experience in a similar role with Interior Contracting Companies.
- Strong technical knowledge in Architectural Drawings & Submittals and Approvals for Luxury Villas, Palaces, Penthouses etc.
- Able to handle multiple projects and coordinate with Drawing Team, Projects Team & Client Coordination.
- Currently based in UAE
- Well Spoken with an excellent attitude
Responsibilities will include:Reviewing and approving the drawings for:
- Flooring tiles, Bathroom floor and wall tiles , Internal Doors (Glass / Wooden / Steel /Single swing door / Double swing door / Single pocket door / Double pocket door
- External Windows and doors (Aluminium / Steel / Frames / Colour / Glass)
- Lighting drawings and Electrical switches and outlets, Moulding, Glass (Sliding door / Shower Partition / staircase handrail / Balconies balustrade)
- Kitchen countertops drawings
- Painting colours (Internal / External) and Joinery finishing, Main gate design and colour and AC grills
