Job description:
- Design and implement efficient systems for collecting and analyzing performance data from various departments.
- Ensure systems are user-friendly, accessible to stakeholders, and capable of integrating with existing company software.
- Introduce and maintain digital solutions for tracking meetings, interviews, feedback, and review appraisals to ensure seamless performance management.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze cross-functional performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods to provide accurate and insightful performance analysis.
- Create detailed reports and dynamic dashboards for senior management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Performance Reporting:
- Present comprehensive statistical performance analysis to senior management and recommend actionable solutions to enhance performance.
- Develop and maintain performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and ensure that individual KPIs and divisional KPIs are met and aligned with strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance and timely processing of workloads and processes across the organization, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Policy Design
- Design, review, and continuously improve policies related to employee performance to ensure they support organizational objectives
- Collaborate with HR to update performance management policies regularly, ensuring they comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Develop clear guidelines and frameworks for performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth.
Training and Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers on performance management best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on performance appraisal techniques, effective feedback methods, and goal setting.
- Identify training needs across the organization and implement solutions to address them.
Issue Resolution
- Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate effective communication between employees and managers.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
Objective Setting
- Set clear performance objectives and update them as necessary to reflect changing organizational priorities.
- Ensure performance goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
- Align individual and team objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in performance management or a related discipline are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a law firm, corporate services firm, or accounting firm as a Performance Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing performance management systems and processes.
Skills
- Strong data analysis and statistical capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in project or strategic initiative management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
- Proficiency in performance management software and digital tracking systems.

- Salesforce CRM experience
