Job description:
- Engage in effective lead generation activities to expand the client base.
- Utilize strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into successful business deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Onboard new clients seamlessly and ensure a smooth transition.
- Nurture existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retention.
Sales Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate sales activities efficiently, ensuring timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Oversee the reconciliation of customer information and ensure that sales details are accurately updated in the FRESA system.
- Generate and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Product Knowledge and Development:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Cargo Line’s product offerings.
- Effectively sell various products to clients based on their needs.
- Advance knowledge by learning new products and undergoing relevant training in shipping/logistics-related courses.
Internal Collaboration:
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the Sales Accountability Partner.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
