Job description: We are currently seeking a professional and friendly receptionist who is fluent in both English and Russian to join our team at a distinguished women’s beauty salon in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The receptionist will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering administrative support.Responsibilities:– Warmly greet and welcome clients
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
– Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s booking system
– Attend to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company’s social media platforms.
– Balance out transactions throughout the day
– Regularly check the receipt drawer for any items to be receipted
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
– Handle cash and process payments accurately
– Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
– Provide information about salon services and products to clients
– Count the till at the beginning and end of each shift
– Assist with other ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salonSalary:
AED 3,700 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
– Knowledge of basic salon appointment booking software is required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
– A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude is a must.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
– Proficiency in using computer and office billing software is required.
– Knowledge of beauty and salon services is a plus.
– Fluency in English and Russian is highly desirable.
