Job description: Our client, a well-established Engineering construction company is looking for an experienced HR Manager for their Fujairah division.Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Developing, recommending, and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Supervision, monitoring and follow up on all office maintenance requirements and office expenses
- Create all necessary packs for onboarding including handbook, team introduction and onboarding training.
- Managing pay-roll administration, overtime calculations, attendance monitoring, absenteeism, and end of service calculation.
- Building a performance culture that confirms organizational values.
Requirement and Skills:
- Master’s degree in human resource management or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Manager in engineering field.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Up to AED 20,000 + Benefits
Expected salary: 20000 per month
