Job description: Position Title: Senior Finance ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.Job Description:-Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract compliance and reporting.-Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.-Oversee operations by coordinating with external agencies (ex: payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.-Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, APR status, keep management team updates.-Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Auditing standards. Should be able to guide finance team and carry out all such task connected internal & external audit, tax filling etc.

Expected salary: 25000 per month
