Job description: Job Title: Outlet ManagerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: up to 13,000 AED per month all-inclusive, plus incentive bonusI’m currently supporting one of Dubai’s most well known lifestyle & entertainment properties, with their search for an Outlet Manager to head up all FOH operations for one of their flagship Italian venues.The venue provides an amazing all-day dining concept, alongside an incredible grab & go product, and they are fully licenced too – as they offer an array both dining & happy hour promotions.The role will be reporting directly into the F&B Manager, and you’ll be responsible for leading a FOH team of 10.Personality is a big thing for this group, so we’re looking for someone with high energy, a real love for hospitality (and ideally Italian food), and someone with a great sense of humour too.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Expected salary: 13000 per month
