- Managing the Marine, Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality functions.
- Conduct vessel internal audits related to the company’s SMS in compliance with the ISM, ISPS and MLC.
- Monitor monthly QHSE meeting minutes from all vessels and handle enquiries regarding QHSE Standards.
- Source for vendors, request for quotations and make recommendations.
- Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders. Update purchasing records, data and pricing into our inventory system. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor the status of existing orders. Manage inventory levels and take corrective action when needed. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- 4+ years’ of experience from shipping background
Salary: AED7,000
Expected salary: 7000 per month
