- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
- Oversee pricing and promotions to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of product merchandising techniques and strategies
Expected salary: 5300 – 5700 per month
