- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding product selection, usage, and troubleshooting
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and implement customer service process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
Expected salary: 6200 – 6600 per month
