Job description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards.Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction workers and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily progress reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
- Proficient in using construction management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
