- Assist the Admissions Office during busy periods.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the reception.
- Degree or high school qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse individuals.
