Job description: Job DescriptionsWe are seeking a qualified Safety Advisor on a six months temporary project in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures within the project.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the oil and gas sector.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Valid UAE residency or work permit.
- Salary: AED 5000-7000
- Must be in UAE
