Job description: Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Junior Accountant for a client in the Project Management space. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional to gain valuable experience and grow their career in finance.Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Administer payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Support the financial analysis and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
