– Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare accurate estimates for electrical projects.
– Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate costing.
– Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
– Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.**Requirements:**
– Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
– Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
– Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Office suite.
