As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.Responsibilities

- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance.
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely fashion.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot problems related to our products or services.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and propose improvements to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of [1-2 years] of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
Expected salary: 6200 – 6700 per month
