Oversee adherence to correct procedures for timely completion of documents, submissions, and payments
Process accounting transactions and generate reports to ensure monthly reconciliation of all accounts, including:
Management of Rental Lease Portfolio
Reconciliation of Sales
Administration and reconciliation of Bank accounts (including FICA compliance)
Management of Cashbook and credit card processing
Handling of Journal entries and maintenance of General Ledger
Processing Creditor applications, reconciliations, and payment preparation
Prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by analyzing account information
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies as necessary
Assist in preparations for audits
Supervise accounting staff
Prepare financial reports
Perform Cash and Bank reconciliation
Maintain the General Ledger
Retail experience required
Conduct Stock reconciliationsSkills & Experience:
The ability to work under pressure
High attention to detail
Accurate, neat, meticulous and professional approach to record keeping, administrative tasks
Ability to perform calculations and prepare detailed reportsQualification:
