Job description: We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loading And Unloading Staff. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials in our warehouse or distribution center. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

- Load and unload products or materials from trucks, containers, or other storage units.
- Sort and organize items in designated areas based on their type, size, or other criteria.
- Use appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording received or shipped items.
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to [insert weight] pounds.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting, sorting, and recording items.

Expected salary: 5500 – 5800 per month
