Job description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for leading yoga classes, providing guidance and support to students, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. - Conducting yoga classes and providing instruction to individuals or groups
- Demonstrating and explaining yoga poses and techniques
- Creating and delivering yoga sequences that cater to the needs and skill levels of participants
- Assisting and providing modifications or adjustments to ensure proper alignment and technique
- Providing guidance and support to students throughout the class
- Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during yoga sessions
- Planning and organizing workshops or special events related to yoga and mindfulness
Requirements
- Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a reputable yoga school
- Proven experience leading yoga classes for individuals or groups
- Strong knowledge of various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
- Knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics related to yoga practice
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for yoga and helping individuals improve their physical and mental well-being
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
