Job description: You will be working with high calibre professionals to deliver an ambitious transformation agenda, which will impact a variety of corporate functions including HR, Finance and Information Technology.

- Work with multiple divisions and stakeholders to enhance the company-wide transformation strategy and ensure the plan is consistently reviewed and improved where necessary.
- Lead the transformation agenda through ongoing direction and consultation with key personnel at all levels.
- Manage the communication planning and delivery of the transformation agenda, to ensure transparency and frequency of updates are maintained throughout the different stakeholder groups (internally and externally).
- Utilise your knowledge and experience of best practice for divisions including HR, Finance and IT to help with recommendations for enhancements and optimisation.
High profile transformation role with a high profile government organisation |Must have transformation experience with HR, Finance and IT in a complex org.
- Significant transformation implementation / execution experience with complex organisations
- Understanding of corporate support functions including HR, Finance and IT
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven track record in positively influencing executive leaders.
