- Supervise a team of employees and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as necessary.
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks and workload to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and conduct regular inventories as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
Expected salary: 6300 – 6500 per month
