As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their travel arrangements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.Responsibilities

- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Taking reservations and booking flights, hotel rooms, rental cars, and other travel arrangements
- Providing accurate and detailed information about prices, availability, and travel itineraries
- Assisting clients with modifications and cancellations of existing reservations
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in computer systems and online booking platforms
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Expected salary: 5600 – 6000 per month
