Day-to-day activities include:
- executive diary management,
- development of meeting agendas and minute taking,
- travel and accommodation arrangements,
- liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director,
- prioritising correspondence,
- vetting and formatting briefing notes and related documents, and
- contributing to the management of work flow across the Division.
This challenging role also undertakes research on behalf of the Executive Director, and assists with budget preparation, processing of accounts, and facility management activities.We’re looking for someone who:
