The Position: This posting is for multiple trainee positions, depending on agency need and your qualifications. Examples are property assistant, office assistant, and community builder. All positions are temporary positions with a duration of six months.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will vary depending on the position. Examples are:
- Coordinate designated activities of the leasing process
- Complete routine inspection of units
- Respond to questions or concerns from residents or applicants
- Coordinate maintenance services and process work order requests
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Receive and screen phone calls
- Provide information to residents and visitors
The Location: Multiple sites in the Seattle area
Expected salary: $19.97 – 27.1 per hour
