Job description: This role will assist in the administrative delivery of employee relations matters, policy, procedure, programs and initiatives across the People and Culture (P&C) team.

You will be a key support in the management of a range of employee data, employment-related outcomes and assist with organisation charts and position description updates.

You will have experience working in a Human Resources team or a support role with an understanding of HR best practice and enjoy performing administrative and data entry tasks with attention to detail.

  • Temporary full time, for a period of 6 months
  • 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
  • Commencing salary range from $63,733 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
