About the role
To provide administrative support within the haematology and medical oncology departments, allied health, senior nurses as well as front of house administration staff. Please refer to the Position Description for a full list of position requirements and duties.
Selection Criteria
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Demonstrated experience in health care administrative support
3. Effective organisational and time management skills
4. High verbal, written and interpersonal communication
5. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programmes such as Word, Excel and Medical Records, Medicare HPOS
6. Demonstrated public relations skills
7 Proven capacity to work autonomously and with limited supervision
