Description

he Account Manager will ensure the implementation of industry-focused and specialised account plans to leverage and/or enhance Adecco’s service offerings and capabilities. You will be an expert in marketing, business, technical, and professional skills, with the ultimate responsibility for the success of client relationships.

  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique staffing needs.
  • Leverage existing client relationships.
  • Present custom-tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
  • Source, screen, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Skillfully match candidate skills with client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Ensure post-placement client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Stay updated on commercial trends to provide informed insights.
  • Contribute to evolving business development strategies.
  • Meet and exceed specified sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Profile

  • Previous experience in sales and business development within recruitment industry is highly desirable.
  • We are interested in hearing from energetic individuals, who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
  • You have strong relationship building skills, and can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
