Responsibilities:
Provide the best artistic alternative for his/her clients and develop and maximize the increasing potential of venues in his/her accounts
- Support the Directors with new business activity and company broadening
- Support the junior team members in their day-to-day
- Ensure the team runs smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of client servicing
- Oversee all bookings managed personally and by the team and ensure that each stage of the enquiry to post event/residency communications are executed well
The candidate must have/be:
- Relevant and proven experience as an artist booking agent. Minimum 3 years
- Deep knowledge of the music industry
- Sales and targets driven person
- Great communication skills – personable and relatable.
- Leadership skills – Mentoring skills are a must
- Team player
- Excellent client servicing skills.
- Creative thinker, adaptable and proactive
This role will involve evening work, attending events and assessing new talent and this person should be a bit of a social butterfly and be prepared to work unsociable hours at times. Someone who has previously worked in entertainment as a DJ or musician would suit the role.
