The Position:
We’re seeking an Operations Manager to join our Melbourne-based team, overseeing the development of management teams across Admin, Service, and Parts & Warehouse Divisions.
With responsibilities ranging from personnel management to business systems implementation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service and product delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll oversee regional metrics, branch administration, facility management, and safety protocols.
Travel between states is expected, with work-from-home opportunities available for the right candidate.

The Candidate:
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven track record in national operations management, driving growth across multiple branches and divisions (Essential)
- Industry Experience: Background in Earthmoving or Construction (Desirable)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Engage stakeholders and clients professionally
- Attention to Detail: High presentation standards and meticulousness
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of heavy construction machinery
- Trade Background or Relevant Qualification
