ABOUT THE ROLE

The State Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) provides access to a single, one-stop tribunal, making decisions on a range of civil and administrative matters. With over 150 pieces of enabling legislation, the Tribunal is a fast paced and dynamic working environment. Ranging from Human Rights matters to Strata disputes, no two days are the same!

The Senior Case Manager role provides high level procedural advice and acts as an administrative conduit between the judiciary, tribunal members, professional persons and self-represented persons to facilitate individual case management using a team approach. The role manages competing priorities with the ability to problem solve, is flexible and adaptable and responds to changes in priorities as well as being highly solution focused in order to achieve team outcomes.

Pool Recruitment

This pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Fixed term, full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
