What we are looking for:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applications for the full-time continuing position of Kindergarten Teacher at St Francis Xavier Catholic Kindergarten, Mackay. This is a full-time continuing position, commencing from Term 2, 2024 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
Qualified educators who are committed to the ideals of Catholic Education and possess the following are encouraged to apply:-
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (4 Year University Qualified Early Childhood Teacher)
- Appropriate qualities, knowledge and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education
- Innovative, proactive approach to student learning
- Established knowledge of, and experience in the delivery of Early Childhood Curriculum
- Demonstrated strong and effective communication with students, parents and staff
The successful applicant/s will demonstrate a deep commitment to providing quality Catholic education and learning based on a personal faith. You will be a highly trained and qualified professional with significant experience in the provision of high-quality educational programs. You will have well developed organisational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
