Job description: Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their information Services Team to deliver the version upgrade of an OpenText Content Manager EDRMS platform.
As a Project Manager within Information Services, your primary focus will be to lead the project to deliver the version upgrade of the OpenText Content Manager EDRMS platform which includes several customisations. The diversity of their environment will enable you to build on your broad and varied technical project leadership skills in a constructive, collaborative and outcome-based environment.
This is a fixed term temporary position for up to 9 months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management of projects, within established project management frameworks, methodologies, and policies, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop detailed project management plans, change management plans, communications plans, quality plans, detailed project schedules, and resource schedules, inclusive of budget.
- Schedule, review, monitor and evaluate project progress and report on such to key stakeholders including project governance bodies, CIO and Executive Management.
- Ensure project risks and issues are promptly identified and effectively managed and that project stakeholders are informed and engaged in project development and implementation activities.
- Provide ICT and project support services for IT services through business analysis, scheduling, change management activities and administrative support when required.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet project and ICT governance and quality assurance requirements by performing project profiling and assurance activities across the portfolio.

- Qualifications in Project Management or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Prince 2, PMBOK or significant relevant industry experience is required.
