Job description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Loading and Unloading Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods to and from vehicles, ensuring that items are handled with care and in a safe manner. The Loading and Unloading Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks, vans, or containers.
- Safely stack goods in an organized manner to maximize space utilization.
- Ensure that goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transportation.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment to supervisors.
- Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in loading and unloading goods is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of basic math to accurately count and record inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
