About the Role
The role of the Packing Machine Operator is to effectively manage and oversee the packing operations to ensure they align with the shift production schedules while adhering to safety, quality, productivity, and reliability standards.
- Operating and maintaining packing machines on the production line to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Following a rotational roster from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am.
- Possessing a forklift driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.
What you will need
- Proven experience in a similar environment within the engineering or food processing background
- At least two years of experience in a production environment, specifically in the food processing or milling industry.
- A positive attitude towards availability, attendance, and presentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Possession of a current driver’s license and reliable transportation
