Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Officer. As a Warranty Officer, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve warranty issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather all necessary information and documentation for warranty claims
- Investigate and evaluate warranty claims to determine validity and eligibility for reimbursement or replacement
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and update the database regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve warranty issues and ensure efficient and effective resolution
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their warranty claims
- Identify trends and patterns in warranty claims and provide insights and recommendations to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in warranty management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database management
- Knowledge of warranty laws and regulations is a plus
Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
