Job title: CIC Admin Specialist

Job description: We are currently working with a Globally renowned company that is a multinational engineering and technology company. Their headquarters are based in Germany, however, this role is based at the Australian Head Office which is in Clayton, Victoria, and has been in operation since 1907. They are currently looking for a CIC Admin Specialist to join their team in a temp to perm capacity, on a full-time basis. This role will be reporting to the Assistant Call Centre Manager. ASAP start preferred.
Key Responsibilities –
- Managing 10 email mailboxes and communicating with Customers, Retailers, and Service Agents (high volume / primary aspect of the role)
- Answering inbound calls from both Customers and Clients
- Booking technicians in for service calls with Customers and Clients
- Liaising with other departments throughout the Company
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks as required
About You –
- Ideally have been in a similar position before and have a fast-typing speed using keyboards
- You are resilient, have great attention to detail, as well as a friendly and bubbly personality
- Great negotiation skills in a professional environment
- Having experience with Access Control Lists (ACL) is advantageous
- Confident having delicate conversations with customers via the phone
- Previous experience in a retail company working with appliances is preferred but not essential
