Job description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Unit Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and smooth operations within the unit.

As a Manufacturing Unit Assistant, you will work closely with the production team to guarantee the timely production of quality products. You will assist in various tasks, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and production line coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring all materials are in stock and ready for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages to the maintenance team.
- Help in the setup and breakdown of production lines, ensuring smooth transitions between product runs.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and achieve quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, waste, and downtime.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Expected salary: 5600 – 6000 per month
