Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience in client support, project management, and team leadership roles.

· 5+ years of experience managing or leading a technical team.

· 5+ years of operational experience in the Access Control/Visitor Management space; certification or experience with Impro, Zk Tech, and HikVision is beneficial.

· 2+ years of project management experience.

· Strong understanding of IT installation processes and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
