Looking for an experienced Care Manager in Dalmeny, NSW.
About 1 hour drive from Bega, 50 mins from Batemans Bay and 3 hours from Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the aged care facility, manage team of 30 employees
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a high standard of care.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, promoting their well-being.
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
- Identify training needs for employees and facilitate access to appropriate education and learning and development opportunities
- Undertake regular workforce planning to ensure the skill mix meets the care needs of residents.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS:
Current nursing registration (AHPRA)
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role
- Knowledge and empathy of health and social issues of the aged
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial control
- High level knowledge of the relevant Aged Care Funding model and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Sound knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Legislation and Accreditation
- Current driver’s licence
