Job description: About the role:
Victoria Police are currently advertising two ongoing, full-time Executive Support/Project Officer positions within the Business Support Division (BSD) of the Intelligence and Covert Support Command (ICSC).
The Executive Support/Project Officers will provide a range of high-level administrative services to Management within the Command. The role includes the co-ordination of correspondence, due dates for action items and support a systematic and secure flow of information. The Executive Support/Project Officers will co-ordinate Divisional deliverables, such as the workplace inspection process and administrative projects. The role includes providing secretariat support for meetings, including minutes, agenda and following up actions arising from meetings.

Your duties will include:
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, appointments, travel, and transport arrangements.
- Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures.
- Routine administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and ordering office consumables.
- Perform other administrative functions as required.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high-level of proficiency in the use if Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to respond to changing priorities and time-sensitive milestones.
- A firm understanding of information security protocols.
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
Requirements and relevant information:
- Two (2) x full-time, ongoing positions available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
