The Role:
This newly created role is a key position for the firm working to lead a small team of offshore staff. It is a role that is perfect for an experienced Senior level Bookkeeper who is already undertaking a similar position or ready to take the next step. There is very little hands-on bookkeeping work, you will however be responsible for:
- Delegating to & reviewing the work of an offshore Bookkeeping team
- Managing workflow ensuring deadlines are met
- Dealing directly with clients who have multiple business entities and handling any queries
- Small Payroll, Bank Recs and Payables
- Building strong client relationships
- Reviewing of BAS
- Journal adjustments
- Reviewing processes and procedures and implementing improvements if required

About You:
- Experienced working with multiple clients in an accounting firm OR or several business entities eg: franchise group or property development group.
- Driven by a desire to make a positive impact for businesses
- Experienced using Xero
- Experienced in reviewing the work of Bookkeepers
- Accustomed to working directly with business owners
