About the role
Main function: Drive sales and maintain client satisfaction around Rockhampton and Mackay, exceeding targets and fostering growth.

Other tasks:

  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products and services
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to stay updated on industry trends, build relationships, and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing to overall business insights and strategic decision-making.
