Job description: Essential Criteria:

- Speak read and write Italian (C1 level) together with English
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

- Monday Friday between 9am 7pm (Shifts 8.5hours per day)
